‘Fawlty Towers’ star Andrew Sachs dies, age 86
The Film Doctor team send our love to the family, friends and spirit of Andrew Sachs, the British comedy actor who most famously played silly Spanish waiter Manuel in classic comedy series Fawlty Towers alongside Monty Python star John Cleese.
The actor passed away on November 23 and was buried on Thursday 1st December according to his wife Melody in an interview with the Daily Mail.

In an interview in 2014, Sachs said: “It was just a part I was playing and people seemed to laugh.”
