He’s been stirring up the movie biz since his very first arrival on the scene, in 1989 with “Sex, Lies, and Videotapes”And having announced his early retirement back in January, Steven Soderbergh has made some waves again.

His last film, “Side Effects”, is released in UK cinemas today.  So in tribute to the versatile Mr. Soderbergh, here’s a Fun Friday dedicated to his personal favourite films. Watch them and see the films that influenced the man behind the Ocean’s Trilogy:

    • “All The President’s Men” (dir. Alan J Pakula, 1976) – “THIS is one of the great openings of all time,” Steven Soderbergh has said once in an interview.
